"Erratic driving style but overall arrived safely. Very accommodating and communicated plans in advance in spite of time change"

"This is probably one of the worst experiences I have had as Poparide passenger. When I originally booked it said there was only 2 riders. When I got there … there was 4 of us including the driver. The driver was not honest about how many passengers there was going to be because if I knew that in advance I would have never booked this ride. I was so uncomfortable the whole ride. I was literally getting squished in the back and me being the only girl and the smallest I was in the middle we couldn’t even wear seat belts because there was already not enough space for the 3 of us in the back. Moving forward Poparide drivers need to be honest about the passengers they have so we have the option to cancel the trip because it is a inconvenience to the other riders and not being able to wear seat belts due to limited space is a safety issue that should never arise in a moving car. This trip was just very frustrating and unpleasant. The driver was polite and the price was amazing which is another reason why I booked because his rates were really good but the seating arrangement was horrible and I just wish his communication was better and he let his riders know how much people were going to be in the car."
