"Jatin took our last minute request to ride, as we had major flight delays and arrived late with limited transport options. He was very communicative and picked us up within 10 minutes of our request. We felt bad as it meant he would be late for the other passenger. But we are grateful for his kindness. He is an experienced driver - we had snowfall and foggy conditions which were undoubtedly difficult to drive in, but he drove safely and fast for us to make it to Canmore with only minor delays.
