"The driver started nice. I asked him before leaving if he can drop me at my hotel which was 10 min away from the drop-off location. He denied and I respected that. But then when we got close to the drop off location, he decided to drop me in the middle of nowhere, in an empty parking lot, telling me that I'm closer to my hotel. He thought he was doing me a favor by leaving me by myself in the middle of the night. He didn't even tell me he was dropping me there until he got there. No notice or whatsover. Everything was closed around he dropped me at a closed timhortons, told me to walk to Wendy's which was also closed to wait for my uber. I was literallyleft outside by myselfin the middleof the night! so I was alone, I didn't even bother to wait for my Uber. He unloaded my luggage and left them in the ground and was ready to go. I didn't know where I was so I asked him the address so I can request an Uber but he gave me a different address, saying we're at 407 highway than corrected himself saying no 401 highway. miles away from the correct one until one of the passengers got out to give me the right address as I am jot from Ontario. Even the Uber driver wasn't happy about what he saw. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DRIVER. he will not care for your safety once he drops you off. He wants his money and he's GONE. I truly thought this app was meant to help people get to where they need to go but some people do it for a living. He even said that is his full time occupation. If you do book make sure your from the city because he will not care."
