"Honestly, at first I was a little annoyed about the arrival time to pick me up, but at the same time I understood that it was intentional given the weather, because it was really snowing. But after that, the driver was so nice to me and really tried to make up for the delay. He made me feel really comfortable and apologized for being late. When I saw the other negative comments about him, I was a little hesitant, but that wasn't my experience. He was a good driver, careful, kind, and attentive. Apart from the punctuality issue that upset me at first, I have absolutely no complaints. He is a good man and a good driver. I had a pleasant trip and the atmosphere in the car with the driver was really comfortable and relaxed. Thank you, sir.😊😊🙏🏻"
