We booked this car for 3 people, but the space in the trunk of the car was very limited (only for one person). There was no space for our bags in the trunk because the other passengers had their luggages inside. We had to put all of them on our laps, which was extremely uncomfortable for a 5-6 hour ride.
However, he accomodated us by dropping us off at our nearest place to home.
There were other people on the car that had booked the seats outside of the poparide app and they were not accommodating to change the seats with us. Even though the driver had asked them to move.
For timeliness he had told us that he comes at 10 am instead of 9:30 am, however he came at 9:30 am and we had to rush to catch our ride.
