"Charlie was absolutely incredible! He was not only punctual, but he accommodated my small dog and did a lot to ensure his passengers' comfort, including my own. He is extremely personable and made our drive not only smooth and safe but also entertaining as he is a conversationalist. HOWEVER I also noted that one passenger was very quiet and Charlie also respected that passenger's desire to just sit back and relax. Absolute five star!!"
