"It was like a can of sardines, he had booked A completely full trip leaving no room for anybody's luggage. We all had to have our bags on our laps and at our feet and in between seats it was extremely uncomfortable and felt very unsafe because one of the seat belts were broken he had the heat crank the entire time even after we asked him to turn it down a couple of times. There was one passenger who had A full luggage set of three that was so heavy. It could barely be picked up all stacked at my feet. That was just one person's luggage. Everybody else had a bag or two as well. There was no room for the luggage for the amount of passengers he had booked. He had a minivan with very small trunk. Plus the weather was bad which wasn't his fault but his driving made me feel very uneasy."
