"I bought the ride to Lake Louise, arriving at the pickup spot he said he would go first to Moraine lake and that would be 35$ plus what we already paid here in the app per person. He never said he would drop off us at lake louse if necessary and made us think that pay to him was our only option. The other shuttles were asking 10$ dollars for the ride between lakes but because of the amount of people they were full so that was the only way to not stay behind."
