To be honest, it wasn't a good experience at all. I booked the ride for my friend, and they dropped him 13 km away from the place. He took Uber from there to reach the place. They should have told him about this.

Everything was perfect. He is a good driver ans he was easy and flexible with pick up and drop off. I was a bit tired in the begining and didn't talk much but then both were quite talkative. He was respectful and easy going in any situation.
