Washington was a pleasant person. He arrived 40 minutes later than estimated so I would have appreciated a note to update me. He got a bit of a run around from another passenger and handled it with kindness. I felt safe and his car was clean although I feel he could have prepared slightly better by removing the large umbrella at my feet and the coat in the rear seat and preparing his trunk space for 3 peoples bags. I accepted his ride offer because it was closest to my destination and he honoured my request to be dropped off at my door. Overall a good experience for my 1st time using the service.
