"It was supposed to be 2.5 hours Ride but it took almost more than 4 hours from London to Toronto. Worst ride experience ever. Driver's response: This trip took place on December 26 during severe winter weather conditions (Black Friday period), including icy roads, multiple accidents, and lane closures along the route. Due to the weather, many trips were cancelled that day, leaving several passengers stranded. I chose to complete this trip with extra caution to help passengers reach their destination safely. For accuracy, pickup was around 5:30 PM and drop-off was before 9:00 PM, making the trip under 3.5 hours. I did not commit to a specific arrival time, as travel duration depends on real-time traffic and weather conditions. I have completed 1,750+ rides on Poparide and consistently prioritize safety and reliability, especially in challenging conditions."
