"Loucas decided to pickup an additional unauthorized 4th passenger on my trip, thus putting me the third row in his trunk, where I had to keep my head turned at a 45 degree angle sideways the whole 1.5 hour trip due to the low ceiling in the trunk. I am a tall individual at 6’2, and my knees were smushed up against the second row seats the entire time. Completely unacceptable. Furthermore, the seatbelt was inaccessible due to the other passengers suitcase luggage being crammed in beside me in the trunk. The app limits the number of passengers for safety reasons, and Loucas circumvented these restrictions for his own personal gain. I was not informed beforehand of this travel situation, otherwise I would’ve found another driver. Overall highly unprofessional and unsafe."
