"This was my first trip with Poparide, and I was initially hesitant to book due to some inconvenient (but mostly invisible) physical disabilities... but I am glad I booked with Amro! He was very kind, patient, and helpful, and the trip was smooth sailing. Great communication when booking. Pick up and drop off was on time. Ac/heat level was comfortable, music was nice and not too loud, and the car was spacious (although there are bucket-like seats in front... bring a neck pillow!) I have a bad back and joint problems, so sitting for any period of time (especially in bucket seats) in cars tends to be very painful... But I was given a few extra minutes to adjust my back brace before we got started, thankfully! We stopped halfway for a bathroom break & leg stretch as well. I often have difficulty reading license plates & identifying cars due to recent vision loss. I usually rely on a GPS to direct me towards the car if I use Uber, and I was having a lot of trouble finding the car in the busy parking lot... Amro noticed that couldn't see him, and was nice enough to step out and flag me down when I called. He also dropped me off at the same bus stop I would need to use to get back home, which made my trip to a new city so much easier! Driving skills were good; I felt safe on the highway and we got to our destination on time. Overall a great trip, would definitely book with him again!"

"Arrived an hour and 10 minutes late. Removed the 2 people per row max icon the morning of, and added an extra seat (which ended up being his friend), so there were 3 of us in the back of his Honda Civic. He also ran over a curb. He was lovely though and gave us Timbits."
