"I asked Prince before the trip if I could book the front seat, and he said yes. But when he arrived, another passenger took the front seat. I reminded him that I had messaged and reserved the front seat. At first, he said it was better for the other passenger since he was tall and needed more legroom. After I insisted and explained that I was the one asking for the front seat and he had confirmed my request, he apologized and said he thought the other passenger was the one who booked it but still he did nothing about it. In the end, I sat in the back, no big deal... but it was a bit of a bummer since I actually expected him to keep his word. Guess I was wrong. Overall the drive was ok and the seat was comfortable, but I will probably not ride with this driver again."
