"This guy is dangerous and shouldn't be a driver to be honest.
there were 3 things that happened:
- Some passengers brought more bags than the stated, which is wrong, but his reaction was the worst possible, throwing tantruns and the whole trip complaining about that.
- This here is gold: While he was complaining with one of the passengers about the number of bags, I asked him if I could enter the car (I had just arrived), and he said yes. The passenger doors was automatic, but I didn't know it, so I tried to open manualy. What happened is that when you open an automatic door manually, I have to close it in the same way, and both me and him didn't knew that, and when he saw the door open hell broke trough: He started screaming saying I damaged his car, saying that I've ruined the trip and that nobody never did that before (funny note: but 10 minutes later another passenger tried doing the same thing). When I tried to speak asking patiently for him to calm down so we could solve the issue, he just kept screaming saying he would not calm down.
Here is the most dangerous part: I tried exiting the car (left my belongings in the seat just in case) in order to solve the door situation, and then he put himself between the open door and the exite saying he would not let me run away. At that time I felt so much anger that I almost got into a physical altercation with him, but I tried to keep my cool and said that if he did not let me leave I would call the police, and even then he did not let me leave, only giving me space when I screamed saying my belongings were inside the car, and that I wouldn't run away.
seconds before I get out of the car I try closing the door manually and it works, making him calm down instantly.
- The cherry on the cake was the arrival in Toronto, he woke me up in Yorkdale asking if I wanted to be drop off at the airport like other passengers for $10, I said no and then started leaving the car. Last thing I could hear was him mocking me saying that I will stay here because I didn't want to pay $10.
This is the first time in my life I left a bad review, I wish I could've cancel the trip right after the first red flags, but I decided to still go so I wouldn't wast my money. I will never do it again.
For George: Either change profession or look for a psychologist, I don't know what you've been through, but you really need help if this is your normal state."
