"✅ Very responsive to messages, timing was perfect. Car was clean and not claustrophobic even in the back. He gave enough breaks. ❌ Not the friendliest, but fine since he does his job. Middle seat looked very uncomfortable. He drove too fast (especially 6–8 am) and didn’t feel very safe, though he got a bit better after sunrise. 🚫 Passengers ate smelly food, and instead of opening a window the car stayed stuffy with the smell the whole way. The back was hot while people in the front even had blankets. As someone not very talkative and can’t complain to people, the 5-hour ride felt long. ⭐ Overall: 3/5.
