A nice number of rest breaks, and he offered to buy us coffee. Clean vehicle.

Abdul was on time and attentive, but the ride was overcrowded. When I booked, the trip showed 6 people total including Abdul, so I expected a comfortable ride (it was a minivan so I assumed 2 per row, specially on the back row). Then the app showed 7 passengers and we ended up being 8, the last person wasn’t even listed on the trip which didn’t feel safe.
Maybe the car can fit 8 people, but it wasn’t comfortable for a 6.5 hr ride. Packing the car was prioritized over passenger comfort. All the passengers were confused and talking among ourselves. Abdul initially said it would be a 6p trip, then later said it was an 8p car.
Maybe for a shorter trip it wouldn’t have been so bad, but for this long journey it really wasn't worth it.
