"The driver, his driving, and his communication were all good.
However, in the second row there were three passengers, and my seat was not comfortable at all. If I had known or read in the description that there would be three passengers in the second row, I would not have booked this trip.
The two passengers next to me were also very talkative, and the trip was not relaxing or comfortable for me.
Compared to my previous trips, I paid the same amount, but this time I was really uncomfortable and dissatisfied.
And regarding the next issue: two drop-off locations were listed for Toronto, but the driver only stopped at Yorkdale and did not stop in Scarborough."
