"This driver was rude. From the moment I arrived at the meeting point (40 minutes early because he changed the time on me after I booked) he began yelling at me because I brought a sweater for my service animal to sit on instead of a blanket. He said he wanted to deny me boarding even though I had included my service animal in the request. During the drive, he kept looking back at me and telling me I’m so lucky that he is so nice because no one else would drive someone like me. I have been taking ride shares for years now and never had a problem. This is the first driver I have ever had act this poorly, and he is the one who proclaims to be “nice”. Be cautious if you grab a seat in his car."
