"I recently used a shared ride service from Montreal to Mississauga with Ahmad and had a generally positive experience. The driver was nice, respectful, and maintained a professional attitude throughout the trip, which made the long journey more comfortable.
At times, the driver seemed a bit tired, which is understandable given the distance, but he handled the situation responsibly and continued to drive safely. I appreciated his effort to ensure passengers felt secure and at ease."

"Unsafe driving. It first started when he drive off while the back door was still open. Constantly swerving in and out of lanes. Often took his hands off the wheel, at some point he was peeling and eating a clemantine while controlling the wheel with his wrists. Inattentive and often took his eyes off the road and fidgety. Did not seem mentally completely there, as though he was both tired and restless and could not focus. His left eye looks cloudy as though he has a cataract. The last straw was when someone cut him off and he honked the horn for a full minute, not able to control his road rage. I ended up getting off the halfway point in Kingston and booking a bus to finish the route and take me to Toronto because I felt so unsafe with his driving."
