"I did not have a good trip at all. I had a medium-sized suitcase, and the driver refused to accept it. He forced me to purchase an additional seat even though there were two empty seats and plenty of space for my luggage. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Because of a problem with the app, I was not able to add another seat for this trip, so he made me buy a seat for a different trip on another day instead, which was completely unreasonable.
Throughout the trip, the driver was constantly talking on the phone, while at the same time telling passengers to use their AirPods. This was very inappropriate and unprofessional.
If I had not been in a rush, I would definitely have canceled the trip."
