"I had an excellent experience with this driver. From the very beginning, he was punctual and arrived exactly at the mentioned pickup location, which immediately gave me confidence that the trip would go smoothly. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the ride enjoyable. Throughout the journey, he drove very carefully and responsibly, creating a safe and relaxed environment. What I especially appreciated was how considerate he was along the way, making the trip easier whenever there was a need for a short break, without me even having to ask.He also made sure to drop me off precisely at destination, which was very convenient. Beyond just being professional, he was friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. Overall, I can confidently say this is a driver I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, safe, and pleasant ride, and I would not hesitate to ride with him again."

"I rarely give negative reviews but I feel like it could help for corrections because I feel that no one is perfect but it’s very important to be respectful to others and actions have consequences. The first ride I had with Husan wasn’t nice, he passed through places for bathroom stop and didn’t ask if anyone wanted to stop. I was asleep at first so when I woke I told him I had to use the bathroom and he stopped me at like a small roadside washroom which was so dirty and terrible. I let it slide but felt I wouldn’t ride with him again but I had to today. Today’s ride, he had a bag on the leg space in the front seat, when I came he was having an argument with another passenger about that and so she didn’t sit there so he told me to come up front. I wasn’t entirely comfortable with the bag but I had decided I was going to avoid any argument with him so I sat there. He kept talking in his dialect, I don’t understand what he was saying but he was obviously upsetting her and she told him to stop but he still kept talking until he later stopped. Not to mention that he is always on the phone with someone talking in his dialects. Though he was using an earphone but it wasn’t nice that he barely communicated in English and I don’t understand what he was saying or if he talked about me. He also had another argument with another passenger in the same ride. I didn’t understand what was going on but it wasn’t nice. And it was a bit uncomfortable how he came down from the car and removed her luggage angrily during the argument. The car also had a strong scent/fragrance that made me nauseous. I tried communicating this with him and he opened the window for a few seconds but of course the noise coming in was not nice so he closed it again . I hope he sees all this and work on better communication and respect for others."

"I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience with this driver. From the start, his attitude was inappropriate—he kept insisting me to sit at the front even-though I told him that I am not comfortable sitting at the front, maybe other passenger can have a seat at the front. There was a bag kept at the front seat in the leg area. I requested him to please keep the bag at the back if possible because i myself had a bag, he kept insisting me to keep my other small bag at the back or in the storage but i explained him i have my food in this bag and i need to have it with me while m travelling so i need to keep this bag with me but he didn’t acknowledge that. Later on, he made judgmental comments saying that I couldn’t afford the items kept at the front which is worth $ 40,000 - $50,000. To be clear i asked him again Did u say “ I cant afford these items” and he said “yes I said it” which was both unprofessional, derogatory and unnecessary. I told very calmly that you cannot make any comment to anyone like that “he or she cannot afford this expensive stuff”. Instead of accepting and apologizing he said “if you can afford it i will keep this stuff at the back”. This is just so unbelievable and disrespectful. On top of that, he charged me an extra $11 for the ride while the other passengers paid less because they booked later on. I understand when I booked the ride, his price was $65 but a day before travelling he reduced to $55 and when i told him that its unfair for me he didn’t acknowledge that as well. All i am saying is it’s not a matter of paying $11 extra, it’s just that being a driver u have to be fair to your passengers doesn’t matter of they booked afterwards, its just the understanding and being fair but he lacked these skills and the fact that he made so bad comments, I regret that I paid him more for which I couldn’t do anything. What made the situation worse was his behavior toward other passenger who was sitting at the front seat. He made openly discriminatory remarks about her based on her colour saying offensive things that “black people,” are annoying in his language which I understood which was completely unacceptable and disturbing for me. I mean we are all human beings doesn’t matter black, white or brown. He has no right to make discriminatory remarks about her. Finally, I had a seat at the back and he started arguing with me again and kept asking him to stop arguing but he didn’t stop. Then I told if you continue to be disrespectful i will have to call 911 then it’s so unbelievable when he said that do u still wanna go with me ? I mean i paid for this ride and he charged me extra $11 for the ride and why shouldn’t I be travelling when every passenger pays only to travel. I stayed professional and clam during the entire trip and doing my online stuff without having this to affect my professional work area. The entire ride felt tense and unsafe for me and I reported this incident immediately to my cousin and kept updating him about my location at regular intervals so that he was sure that I was safe. Just to be clear I asked if he can drop me off at the address in kelowna where i wanted to go he told me he can only if it is within 1-2km from the stop he mentioned on poparide. I texted him that address and that address was only within 1.2 km from pandosy stop that he mentioned. But after he made derogatory comments and was very disrespectful, i changed my mind and I stopped at the same spot which he mentioned on the app. If he is gonna post any screenshots of any text messages, I am not gonna believe that. Also, he was telling the other passenger that if i put a review on any other passenger’s profile then people will be scared to give ride to that person again and if someone gives a negative review to the driver then his account might be suspended and he said earlier too some customer suspended my rides by putting negative review. Well, i could have interrupted that conversation, because i know he was entailing it to me … but I ignored everything put my headphones on, closed my eyes and stayed calm. He also had arguments with another passenger. I wonder why people never reported him. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not feel safe or comfortable riding with this driver again."
