"I wouldn’t recommend this rider. He booked only 30 minutes before departure and still expected a home pickup, which wasn’t possible as pickup points were already set with other passengers. He also asked to be dropped off near downtown Edmonton, about 15–20 km from the agreed drop-off location.
During the trip, I made a stop at a gas station but found the washrooms unclean, so I stopped at a nearby Burger King instead. When I asked both riders if they wanted to use the washroom, he ignored me. I asked him directly, and he replied “no” with clear attitude. He also left his drink cup and tissues in the car, showing no regard for cleanliness. Overall, the rider was disrespectful and did not follow basic ride etiquette or Poparide expectations."
