"Great ride! 10/10 recommend!"

"I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was about more than just inconvenience—it was about basic communication and respect. The ride listing showed 3 available seats, but all of them were cramped in the back of a Honda Civic, which made for a very uncomfortable journey. There was no clarity beforehand, and the driver did not respond to any messages before pickup. Communication during the ride was just as frustrating. The driver did not understand English and had a translator with him, yet even with that, he ignored attempts to communicate or address concerns during the trip. It genuinely felt like he didn’t care. He was also late, and when passengers expressed their concerns about the lack of information and poor coordination, he casually threatened to cancel the ride at the pickup location—leaving us with no choice but to go along with it just to get to our destination. This was by far my worst Poparide experience. I’ve had great rides before, but this one felt careless and disrespectful. If you’re thinking of booking with this driver, I strongly recommend contacting him beforehand and being prepared for poor communication throughout the journey."
