"I booked a rideshare from Ottawa to Montreal for $25, expecting to be dropped off at my exact destination. However, the driver refused to take me all the way, claiming he had to pick someone up from the airport. Despite my requests, he insisted on dropping me off early, leaving me stranded in an unfamiliar city with no one to pick me up. I had no choice but to book an Uber for an additional $20, making my total one-way cost $45. This was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I believe I deserve a refund for this poor service."
