I also really appreciated how seriously he followed all the traffic rules. At times, he even drove slightly below the speed limit, which meant some cars passed us on both sides. While this might feel slow if you are in a rush, I personally see it as a big positive because it shows his strong commitment to safety. One suggestion I have is regarding the lack of a tipping option in the app. I think this is a missing feature, especially since we are not allowed to pay cash directly to the driver."
