"Very bad experience with this booking. The person who booked the ride did not come themselves—instead, they sent a girl without informing me in advance. They booked only one seat, but the girl was very large and took up two seats, which caused other passengers to have no proper space to sit. I politely asked her to move to the front seat so others could sit comfortably, but she refused and stayed where she was. This made the whole ride uncomfortable for everyone. She was rude, not only to me but also to other passengers. I still tried to be nice and respectful, but her behavior did not improve. At one point, when one of the other girls tried to get out of the car, the space was so tight that she had difficulty moving and ended up falling when the door was opened. Such behavior is unacceptable in a carpooling ride where comfort and respect for others are important. This passenger made the ride unpleasant for everyone, and I would not recommend accepting a booking from this person again."
