"Rajat was friendly and polite, and the driving itself was safe. However, communication was unreliable and my time was not respected. I asked 1 week in advance whether we could leave slightly later due to work obligations and received an unclear response 4 days later, suggesting he could wait about 10 minutes but no more because of traffic. I rearranged my schedule to arrive on time, yet five minutes before departure he informed me that he would be late. We ultimately left 30 minutes later than planned."
