"Driver said 6:45pm in the ride description despite the listing saying 6pm. When I spoke with her over the phone verbally confirming 6:45pm as the pickup time she proceeded to message me at 5:50pm changing the time to 6:10pm. These time changes showed zero consideration to her passengers. When I told her I would come ASAP as I need to catch the ride she threatened to leave without me. When I rushed to get there on time showing up at 6:18pm she proceeded to argue with me about the time, lie and say she didn’t have a call with me, say her description did not say 6:45pm. I have screenshots of all of this, I wish I could upload photos. Despite letting it go and allowing me to ride with her she brought it up ONCE AGAIN when I was being dropped off saying she never spoke to me on the phone confirming a 6:45 time despite it being in her description and saying it to me on the phone. I have call logs, time stamps, screenshots of the description. Driver will gaslight you, change the time, extremely unreliable and her arguing quite frankly made me feel scared and unsafe."
