Pick-up Point: Downtown core. Just tell me your preferred pickup point at the time of booking and I'll check quickly prior to approving your request.  If you come from Ottawa West or South, the Starbucks right across the Tunneys Pasture station is the ideal location. Please note that the uOttawa's Desmarais parking lot is NO LONGER a pickup or drop-off point for any rideshare passenger starting from March 1st, 2024. Any such violation will be slapped with a city by-law ticket fine going forward. Thanks for your understanding!
