"He decided to add a random spot for a drop off without letting anyone know, just the person he was dropping off. He delayed the trip 40 minutes and when he stopped to drop off the person one of us needed to use the bathroom very badly ( because of a kidney medical condition) and he refused to let her go use the bathroom. I think that says a lot about him and he did not care at all. He was very RUDE when he refused to let her go to the bathroom. Also the trip took 2h50 min from Montreal to Ottawa which has never happened before. Anyway do not recommend."
