Mohamed had good communication with us. He drove smoothly and we had a pleasant trip.

I notified the driver 30 minutes before departure that I might be about 6 minutes late due to traffic. He responded that he would only wait 5 minutes. I sprinted to meet him, keeping him updated that I was less than a minute away, but he still messaged me 'bye' as I approached. Fortunately, I caught him just as he was about to leave. I found his behavior unnecessarily aggressive, especially considering I had given advance notice and was only slightly delayed due to circumstances beyond my control. He also claimed other passengers had urgent commitments, but when I asked them, they confirmed they did not. Overall, I found his attitude unprofessional and disrespectful. I am typically early for rideshares, and it was frustrating to be treated this way over a minor delay.
