"Driver asked for extra money because of some bogus reason yet he is the one who had put in his pricing. Be very careful, you might be asked to pay extra cash. We were 2 hours late as well."

"My experience on this trip was very disappointing. The driver’s trunk was already full of his personal belongings, so there wasn’t enough space for my medium-sized box, and he charged me extra outside the app. During the ride, he also made an unexpected stop in Scarborough to pick someone up and drop another person off about an hour away, which added a long delay to the trip. None of this was mentioned in advance. I wouldn’t recommend this driver because the trip was unorganized and unprofessional."
