"CASH RIDERS GET THE COMFORT, POPARIDE USERS GET THE BACK SEAT! Driving the vehicle was very good, but despite being the first passengers to get in, the driver did not let me and the other person sit in the comfortable middle seats. He had placed a small bag on those seats. Instead, he made us sit in the back seats, which were narrow and had limited legroom. When I asked why we weren’t sitting in the middle, I found out he was picking up cash passengers. Apparently, cash passengers get to sit in the comfortable seats. We boarded from Yorkdale, and he picked up the cash passengers from Scarborough, and they got the good seats. So I understood that if you book through Poparide, even if you’re the first to get in the vehicle, you’re only worthy of the narrow back seats. If you ride with this driver via Poparide, know that you’re considered a second-class passenger!"
