"Do NOT book with this drive. please report. 1. The listing showed only four passengers booked (myself, two friends, and a stranger). When we arrived there was only one seat left in the back, one in the middle, and one in the front for the three of us. This meant people were forced to sit in the middle row in a cramped arrangement. This situation was misleading which violates Poparide policies. The maximum allowed is four passengers total, not six in the back. When I asked why the additional passengers weren’t shown on Poparide, the driver said he had sold seats through an external source. 2. During the trip, I reached to lower the heat. The driver immediately told me not to touch the controls, turned it back up, and said I needed to ask permission because it was “rude and distracting.” He also threatened to move me to the back if I continued being a “bad front passenger.” This was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this before. I will not be booking with this driver again, and I will reconsider using Poparide if this issue is not taken seriously"
