"Booked for 5pm ended up leaving Edmonton 630 pm. Booked other people at different times so we had to wait.
1. On his phone the whole time in the highway. Unable to stay away for more than 5 min. It was extreme. Started speeding to make up to the times wasted.
2.would make random food stops like driving into the city in red deer to pick up food from certain place. That was not communicated. Would just do it then when we ask he says only 5 min.
3. Very unprofessional. Not mindful of other people’s need or timeline."
