"He was VERY kind. He maid sure that everyone is comfortable, he really help me out because he dropped me off at my exact location because it was on the way to the drop off. He made more than one stop to make sure anyone who needed the restroom can go. He also was very mindful when driving, he let me know when he was here and waited for me and the other passenger. I’m very happy I chose to ride with him, he was very kind."

"I took Kingston to Hamilton trip and the journey from Kingston to Yorkdale was super uncomfortable for me. Communication was not bad but the driver booked more passengers than he could comfortably fit in the car. Was made to sit on a small seat which was in between two seats with no leg space. Although I paid for the whole seat price. Also, estimated arrival time for Hamilton was 1:30 pm but we arrived at 2:15 pm. I was disappointed as this was my first bad experience with a poparide."
