If you are late, you might have a valid reason, however, other passengers might have valid reasons too for not being able to wait after the departure time. If you booked from Ottawa and wanna take the ride from Gatineau, please inform me in advance or I'll assume that you'll take the ride from the Ottawa pick-up point and I may not go to the Gatineau pick-up point at all.
