"He was very nice, but he came more than 30 minutes late and blamed traffic and kept telling me that he would he there in another 8 minutes. There was a snow storm so I absolutely understand the delay. The *only thing* I would have preferred is communication in advance, and not me having to call and text numerous times to know what is going on. I would have simply arrived later rather than come 10 minutes early and wait so long. Seeing from other reviews, this is not a first time occurrence, and I ended up missing a very important appointment because of this. For the price (30$ with poparide fee), having barely enough space to sit in the back of the car next to luggage was also not appreciated. The ride was booked for 3:45 but we arrived 10 minutes before 8pm. I am sorry but I cannot recommend him. But he was very nice throughout it all and I am very sorry to leave this review. It's not my style but it's for others to see. I wish you all the best and thank you still for your ride."
