Overall he is a very nice person,accommodating the requests,and drives very well. But there is a communication gap and explaining him about the route map and other details were challenging and hence it took more than the expected time to reach the destination.

I am sorry to say but the drivers is hard to communicate and took up on detour route. We left brampton and then after 40 minutes, we went back to pick up one person in Mississauga because he forgot him to take. He is a nice hearted guy but timings matter in these Poparide. From brampton to ottawa, it took me 7 hours. We start af 4:30pm and i reached ottawa at 11:20pm. I highly not recommend him. We all have to tell him the route when and where to exist on highways.

No timeliness. For me brampton to ottawa took 8 hours just because he was not following maps. Be prepared to guide him all along the way, otherwise you can end up reaching some other city.
