"Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the driver. He initially arrived late to the designated meeting point, which was understandable given Montreal traffic. However, when I entered the vehicle, he informed me that he needed to go to the airport to pick up three additional passengers (not part of the planned itinerary) who had failed to arrive at the meeting point on time. This caused a delay of about an hour before we reached Ottawa. Even worse, one passenger already on board pleaded with the driver to leave on time, but he refused. This passenger spent the entire trip crying on the phone, as they were supposed to visit a family member in the hospital, and the delay prevented them from arriving on time. The driver was even whispering and laughing with one of the late passengers, which made it seem as though he was making fun of the crying passenger. The driver was also driving hastily toward the airport. While he may have wanted to prevent any further delays, his way of driving could have put passengers at risk. The front of his vehicle was also damaged, which did not inspire confidence in its safety. Finally, once I got off in Ottawa, another passenger told me they had overheard him whispering about getting paid under the table for two of the late passengers (who were not listed on the app). I suppose that explains why he was so desperate to get them. Neither the driver nor the late passengers offered any apologies for causing the delay."
