"I had a very disappointing experience with this ride from Toronto to Montreal. The booking showed that there would be 5 passengers, but when I arrived, there were 7 of us crammed into a Honda Odyssey. Sitting 3 people in each row made the trip very uncomfortable. I also tried contacting the driver for clarification, but he never responded to my calls, which I found very unprofessional. To make matters worse, one of the passengers sitting next to me appeared unwell and unclean, which made the ride even more unpleasant. The driver really needs to improve by ensuring the number of passengers matches what is shown during booking, responding to calls promptly, and being mindful of the type of passengers he accepts so that others are not inconvenienced. Unfortunately, I can only give this experience 1 star."
