"This ride was uncomfortable. The driver didn’t match the profile picture, and he asked me to sit in a cramped middle seat while there were empty seats available in the back. That would have been fine if handled professionally, but instead he laughed it off in a way that felt dismissive and rude -he was bragging so casually i felt very uncomfortable. I eventually moved to the back after pointing out that the small middle seat was very uncomfortable and showed concern -as i had confirmed with other riders(girls) that those seats weren’t taken. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend"
