"I had a very disappointing experience with Jeff. I booked a ride from Ottawa to Pearson Airport and clearly mentioned my pickup and drop-off locations in advance, so my destination was known from the beginning. He never provided details about the car or license plate number, and even after asking twice, he did not respond. At pickup, he was rude and disrespectful. The worst part was that he dropped me off in the middle of the trip and demanded extra cash money to continue to Pearson Airport. I had no issue paying extra if needed, but this should have been clearly mentioned before accepting the booking, not halfway through the trip. Overall, this was very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend this driver. Driver's response: Hello Talab I’m sorry about your experience but I beg to disagree with all your insertions 1. You booked ride but someone else showed for the ride ..AGINST THIS COMMUNITY RULES AND POLICY 2. You booked ride from 380 Dalhousie street.. but showed up 10 minutes late .. without apologies or even proper communication.. yet we waited until 3. The trip prices are clear on the app to the air and to Yorkdale. But you clearly chosen the cheapest option and wrong locations. I tried to explain but your response was rude and ignorant. So I dropped her at the proper location as booked…. I could have cancelled the booking or even refuse to board her. As she was not the one who booked… I could have left when she was late and you would have forfeited your payment but I waited Is very wrong for you to lie about what happened and show no appreciation for all I did to accommodate you and all your booking errors"
