"Albert is a good driver. That said, we left an hour later than the app time said. The first 30 mins he blamed on a glitch in the app. Then we waited 30 mins for a late passenger. We also made at least one unscheduled stop. I don't blame all of this on Albert. He was our last options after 2 previous trips were canceled within less than 24h. So my experience was made more negative because of that. This app is a good idea, but there seems to be no accountability for drivers. There always seems to be at least one more passenger than the booking says. No reason or explan"

"Kind and accommodating. Made an additional pick up stop despite description indicating not possible, causing slight delay. Another rider was also late to arrive at the meeting point and also returning from dinner. This is outside Albert's control, but is more likely to happen with a higher number of riders. Good driver, though impatient with other motorists at times. Van was nice, smooth, and comfortable, and had AC on a hot day, which was nice. Overall would recommend riding with Albert for a reliable comfortable experience."
