You arrived over 40 minutes late after claiming your only "10 mins away". Leaving me and the other passenger waiting. When we finally got on the road you needed a bathroom break less than an hour into the trip, then ordering food leaving me and the other passenger waiting for you again. Regarding your dog, I was advised he was well behaved in vehicles. However, during the ride you let him jump onto the center console and paw at my doors, and he did not settle. When he knocked down the blanket I had told you I put up to protect my seats, instead of fixing it you allowed your dog to lay on my personal jacket. I was very kind to wait so long for you and allow your dog in my vehicle, and I was only met with more disrespect for my time and belongings. After removing the crumbs you left behind I tossed the garbage directly into the garbage can beside you. While I acknowledge I could have asked you to clean the area yourself, by that point my patience was understandably limited given the overall circumstances. I always aim to provide a safe, respectful, and professional ride experience, which is reflected in my other reviews. While I welcome constructive feedback, I cannot agree with your statement.
