"Honestly, I didn’t want to write this review, but this is the third time Poparide has sent me notifications asking for feedback. I wasn’t satisfied with this trip at all. The pick-up location shown in the app was correct, but the driver arrived about 35 minutes late. I was standing there alone, and I even texted twice to say that I had arrived — around 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled pick-up time — but I didn’t get any reply. Since I was alone and I knew she had two other passengers, I started worrying that maybe I was waiting in the wrong place. I finally called her, and she said she would be there in 10 minutes. In the end, she arrived more than 35 minutes late, and when she came, she already had another passenger with her, which means she had picked them up somewhere else first. She apologized for the delay, but the cold weather had already caused a lot of discomfort. Then she said she didn’t have any windshield washer fluid, so we had to stop for another six minutes so she could buy some. Meanwhile, the third passenger kept calling, and after that, we had to detour again to pick them up. Overall, about 45 to 50 minutes passed after the scheduled departure time of 4:15 PM before we actually started driving. During the ride, her driving didn’t feel very comfortable. She kept braking hard and frequently. If it happened once or twice, it would be fine, but it continued throughout the trip, which in my opinion showed a lack of driving experience. We ended up arriving late in Toronto. I hope she pays more attention to timing and driving quality for future passengers."

"⭐️ 1/5 — Worst Rideshare Experience Ever I booked this ride from London to Toronto, and it was one of the most uncomfortable trips I’ve ever had. The car was overfilled with people, leaving everyone cramped for nearly three hours. There wasn’t even a single stop for a washroom break, which is basic courtesy on a long drive. If you’re going to pack that many people in one car, at least arrange the seating properly — lighter passengers in the back and heavier ones in the front for balance and comfort. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I strongly don’t recommend booking this ride. It was a completely unpleasant and inconsiderate experience."
