"Leonel is very friendly. However when travelling to Ottawa with him, he missed to exit for St Laurent mall (one of the listed drop off locations in his ad). I asked if we could go back because I intended to get off there, but he suggested I instead take the LRT from the next stop downtown. I asked if he could drop me back at St Laurent after going downtown, since it was one of the listed locations in the ad. He said yes, but only after making final drop offs in Gatineau. I ended up getting off downtown and finding my own way back to St Laurent."
