"I’ve used this platform to book rides before without issues, but this time was different. The driver seemed busy, either on the phone or in a call, so he wasn’t able to properly show or explain the marks on his vehicle. First, he arrived late, which delayed me from doing what I had planned at the Square. Then, even though the ride was booked to Yorkdale, he dropped us off there instead of taking me to my final destination. Another passenger also got left midway, saying she had a doctor’s appointment—but if the driver already had other commitments, it doesn’t make sense to accept rides in the first place. I still reached my destination, but I hope no one else has to go through a similar experience. Other than this, he seemed like a nice person."
