For the Toronto to Kingston route! The overall experience was fantastic, even with a minor scheduling note. Communication was clear and prompt right from the booking confirmation. Regarding Timeliness, the pickup was slightly delayed, but the driver provided clear and timely updates, which I really appreciated and allowed me to adjust easily. The car was clean and the journey felt very safe and comfortable. Mgr maintained a smooth, steady pace and drove responsibly throughout. It was a very enjoyable ride.
